I got up early this morning and made cinnamon rolls from the recipe on the back of Pamela's GF Bread Mix & Flour Blend.

Baking with gluten free flours isn't the same as the kind of baking I've done for years, but I'm getting used to it. I'm also using a lot of parchment paper.

Vegan "butter" melted with sugar and cinnamon. Mmmm.

They rose and baked...

...and then we ate!
The kids thought this was a great way to start a Saturday!

ReplyDeleteThey were pretty darn good. Not quite the cinnamon rolls I used to make, but not a bad option at all for some sugar in the mornin'. The kids were a little "plan weary" again so it helped to make them something new.
