I ordered a case of this organic gluten free pasta a few weeks ago and we tried it tonight. There were thumbs up all around the table! It has rice, potato and soy. We try not to use soy products but I think we'll alternate this pasta with the Quinoa pasta we like.
We topped the pasta with seasoned tomato sauce & hamburger and had two fresh side dishes -sliced peaches and this cucumber salad. Eating GFCF is easier in the summer.

Hi Kari,
ReplyDeleteI was a vegatarian for years until my dairy sensitivity returned full blown after my pregnancies---then being vegan was too tricky for a busy mom (or so I thought) and I slowly began to re-introduce meat. I still eat only a small amount of meat but no dairy. My question for you is, why do you avoid soy?
thanks!
Camille
Hi Camille,
ReplyDeleteI always say that I have much to learn. This is one of the things I want to ask our kids' new osteopath doctor about when we see him in August.
But to answer your question- I've read articles like this one about soy and decided to avoid it as much as possible until I know more. The shopping guide I bought to use when shopping is actually GFCFSF (gluten, casein and soy free).
